  2. Gather TCKs (in person or virtually--both work!).

  3. Start the Watch-Along Workshop (at 7:05).

  4. Pause as instructed for discussion and activities. Note: Timing can range from 45 minute to 3 hour, based on the needs of you and your TCKs.

  5. Enjoy new identity and cultural discoveries with your TCKs!

Tips to keep in mind:

  1. Use the Enneagram as a tool, not a lens. When you talk about the Enneagram with young people, don’t put too much weight on it. While they are developing, if their lens gets cracked or clouded, it can be disorienting as they get older.

  2. Your TCKs are still developing. They are still being influenced by different cultures and international moves. So their Enneagram number is still being developed as they grow and change. Don’t type your TCKs, but invite them into the conversation.

  3. The Enneagram isn’t science. The test results can only 70% accurate. Use it to help your TCKs’ journey, not become their journey.
